Our young people are likely to have around 15 jobs across 5-7 careers.  The ability to manage this in a continuously changing work landscape will be critical to them finding meaningful work and being able to cultivate career wellbeing.

Undertaking a strategic and thorough exploration process for both VCE subject selection and course preference choices can make a significant difference in students' understanding of themselves and developing their agency and confidence to make selections they feel align with who they are, and their career aspirations.

We work with students through a range of exercises and reflection activities to help them clarify their thoughts, ideas and preferences so they can more confidently make their choices.
